- Complimentary vouchers and Food & Beverage (F&B) credits must be utilised only during the guest’s stay. It is strictly non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions. Reservation in advance is strongly encouraged.

- Free cancellation or amendment of booking can be made at least 3 days before your arrival date. If otherwise stated, no cancellation and amendments can be made
- Full prepayment is required at the point of booking.
