Opening Mondrian’s SEOUL OF THE PARTY is Netflix’s hit Culinary Class Wars’ white spoon competitor and Chef-owner of 1-Michelin star restaurant Gitdeun, Chef Bang Ki Su, taking over Bottega di Carna’s fiery kitchen in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine, Alvin Lian.
Together, expect a delightful 6-course menu that smoothly unites Korean and Western cuisine into something all delicious.
